THT Production
The classic PCB assembly technique is through-hole technology.
In assembly and connection technology, through-hole technology (THT) refers to a method of mounting wired electronic components. In contrast to surface mounting (SMT), through-hole mounting is characterized by the fact that the components are provided with connecting wires.
In this process, the contact holes (insertion holes) are calculated, drilled and contacted. During assembly, the wire connections are inserted through the PCB using contact holes and then connected by soldering (conventional hand soldering, wave soldering or selective soldering).

Manual assembly is possible!
Our semi-automatic assembly tables guarantee high quality with manual assembly.
The semi-automatic assembly of PCBs is most economical for small series or sample parts.
