In 1991, Mr. Karl Gigler laid the foundation stone for today’s Gigler Elektronik GmbH. He started the company in a converted room in his parents’ house. In initially small steps, the company grew into a very modern and technologically broad-based EMS service provider. As a full service partner, the company is an interesting service provider with a focus on the DACH region and is characterized by its diversity and flexibility. Gigler Elektronik produces a wide variety of assemblies and devices on behalf of customers, from samples with a batch size of 1 to series production of 500,000 units. Over 70 motivated employees work on the most diverse product groups at the two sites in Konzell and Hungary. Along the service chain, customers can choose according to their individual requirements: Product development, industrialization, material procurement, production, testing or after-sales service. CAD systems, digitization tools and a very modern machine park are the basis for effective product realization. Over 45,000 different materials are monitored and managed daily via an intelligent SAP system.
